The Benefits In A Power Nap

Power nap. Snooze. Nanna nap. Horizontal life pause. 

Whatever you want to call it, I’m a huge supporter of it. And by supporter, I mean I truly do kick my shoes off, lie down and steal some zzz’s whenever I can.

The benefits of a power nap can leave you feeling rejuvenated, productive, alert. I’d go as far to say that I’m an expert in the field of napping.

Heck, I’ve been counting sheep since I was a newborn. I’ve got this napping thing down pat. 

But why do so many peeps feel guilty about taking a nap. Cause you’re missing out on life dude. You can sleep when you die, right?

Not me. I’ve never been guilty about taking a snooze. Love it. Adore it. Want one now.

Power to the people nappers.
