The Lover List turns 2!

You know me.

Any reason to crack open a bottle of French champagne and celebrate.

Today marks the two year anniversary for The Lover List. I hit publish on my first post back on Thursday 25th October 2012. It was such a boring post about the Country Road Home range and I think I yawned when I re-read it. If I’d known back then that I’d still be writing in this little corner of the internet, I would have written a much spunky post.

So without further ado, it’s time to offer up my yearly thank you:

THANK YOU LOVERS! The conversations, the connection and the generally chit chat bring a clown smile to this face. You guys make my stomach flip and my heart soar whenever you stop by to read an article, post a comment or send me an email.

You are the Peanut to my Butter

Water to my Ocean

Glaze on my Donut

Spring in my Step

Twinkle in my Eye

Blue in my Sky

Cherry to my Sundae

Flip to my Flop

Bumble to my Bee

Jewel on my Crown

Milk to my Shake

Spring in my Step

Beat of my Heart

Love of my Life.

It’s my passion and purpose to write, share, create and get personal with you and I seriously love you guys to the moon and back.

Can I turn the tables around for a minute? Let me stalk learn more about you. Copy and paste these questions into the comments below and give me your answers guys.

What state or country do you live in?

What chore do you despise?

If you had to change your first name, what would you change it to?

Where’s Wally?

If you could choose to stay a certain age forever, what age would it be?

Congratulations on being 2! What a nice little suggestion to get to know your readers a bit more 🙂

What state or country do you live in? Perth, Australia.

What chore do you despise? Cleaning the bathroom. Urrgh.

If you had to change your first name, what would you change it to? Rose. I always wanted a more romantic name!

Where’s Wally? In a retirement home, poor dude is like 90.

If you could choose to stay a certain age forever, what age would it be? Tough one! I think my age now (29). While I may have had more ‘fun’ in teens/early 20’s, I feel more secure in myself as a person, in my career, relationships. And many exciting things still to come in life.

    Jess 🙂

Happy 2nd Birthday lovely!! How exciting Brooke!!

    Here are my answers…..

What state or country do you live in? Sydney

What chore do you despise? Cleaning and paying bills

If you had to change your first name, what would you change it to? Hmmmm, I’ve always been pretty content with Rachel…..

Where’s Wally? Stuck in a book on my bookshelf!!

If you could choose to stay a certain age forever, what age would it be? I actually enjoy growing, learning and developing. I have just turned 40 and that was a shock to the system as we are trying to have a baby, but I’m leaning to detach and not get caught up in all the aged related media pregnancy hype….
